I’ll spare everyone the picture of me in this faja, though I’m happy to write a review to help others with their purchase. I had breast reduction and Radio-frequency assisted Lipo (Body Tite) on abdomen, back, braline, and upper thighs. I had 4 liters of fat removed. I wore this garment about one month post procedure, but only because of the breast reduction and need of a front close sports bra for that. However, this product would be great from day 1 for someone getting tummy tuck, body lift, Lipo, post hernia or post childbirth (C-section). I followed the size charts and it fit as expected. I cannot say the same for many other faja’s. I bought 6 others on amazon before finding this one and I am glad I did. It has the thickness and support of a stage one garment, ample opening in the crotch for bathroom functions, adjustable straps over the shoulder (I’m 5’2, but with a longer torso), and the rear is lighter fabric for those with BBL. I also was able to wear this with the Lipo foam or boards for “extra swollen days.” (I swell a lot and it lingers for months). After roughly month where my BR scars were closed (and I wasn’t putting greasy bacitracin on them), I used this faja for at home and after work. For me, it was a little too thick to wear with my work clothes (plus I wanted to be in a tighter/supportive sports bra during the day). So, during the day, while in stage 2 recovery, I wore a pull up style, WYOB, Morena girdle and changed into this when home from work. Finally, this has washed (hang to dry!) and worn well in the time that I’ve owned it. No problems, loose threads, etc.
